Civil Defence Shelter Act 1997
(Act 12 of 1997)
Civil Defence Shelter (Exemption) Order 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Civil Defence Shelter Act 1997, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Civil Defence Shelter (Exemption) Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st May 1998.
Exemption
2.  Section 12(2) of the Act shall not apply in relation to any household shelter or storey shelter.
