Regulation of Imports and Exports Act
(Chapter 272A)
Regulation of Imports and Exports (Amendment) Regulations 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 28th April 2005.
Amendment of Fourth Schedule
2.  The Fourth Schedule to the Regulation of Imports and Exports Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after the country “Cote d’Ivoire” and the entries relating thereto, the following country and entries:
Sudan
 
(1) Arms and related materials of all types, including —
 
 
(a) weapons;
 
 
(b) ammunition;
 
 
(c) military vehicles;
 
 
(d) military equipment; and
 
 
(e) paramilitary equipment.
 
 
(2) Military vessels of all types.
 
 
(3) Military aircraft of all types.
 
 
(4) Spare parts of any item falling under paragraph (1), (2) or (3).
