Fees (Refund of Unclaimed Surplus) Order 2008

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Refund of Unclaimed Surplus) Order 2008 and shall come into operation on 16th May 2008.

Fees leviable by Registrar of Pawnbrokers

2. There shall be leviable by the Registrar of Pawnbrokers a fee equivalent to the amount disbursed by the Registrar of Pawnbrokers in relation to —

(a)	every issue or re-issue of a cheque for the unclaimed surplus; and
(b)	any other reasonable expenses.
