Customs (Miscellaneous Fees) (Amendment) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 98 of the Customs Act, the Director-General of Customs and Excise, with the approval of the Minister for Finance, hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Customs (Miscellaneous Fees) (Amendment) Notification 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st June 2002.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Customs (Miscellaneous Fees) Notification (N 3, 2002 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “$80 per item” in the second column of item (8) and substituting the words “$85 per item”.
