(Exemption) (No. 22)
Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 22) Notification 2013.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister hereby exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of the following games and draws where held within the premises of the casino of Marina Bay Sands, as part of the “Sands Million$ Giveaway” promotion to be held from 25th April 2013 to 7th July 2013 (both dates inclusive):

(a)	the “Crazy Wheel” kiosk games to be held daily from 6th May 2013 to 7th July 2013 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)	the “Crazy Cash Weekends” draws to be held in 7 sessions hourly from 6 p.m. on every Friday, Saturday and Sunday to 1 a.m. the next day, during the period from 10th May 2013 to 7th July 2013 (both dates inclusive).

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
