(Amendment) Regulations 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 205 of the Singapore Armed Forces Act 1972, the Armed Forces Council makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Singapore Armed Forces (Summary Trial) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 30 April 2023.

Amendment of regulation 29

2. In the Singapore Armed Forces (Summary Trial) Regulations (Rg 2), in regulation 29(c), delete “work and”.

Amendment of regulation 33

3. In the Singapore Armed Forces (Summary Trial) Regulations, in regulation 33 —

(a)	in the regulation heading, delete “work and”;
(b)	in paragraphs (1) and (2), delete “work and”;
(c)	in paragraph (1)(a), insert “and” at the end; and
(d)	in paragraph (1), delete sub‑paragraph (b).
