Town Council of Marine Parade (Penalties and Administrative Fee for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges and Licence Fees) (Amendment) By-laws 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(2)(a) and (c) of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of Marine Parade hereby makes the following By-laws:

Citation and commencement

1. These By-laws may be cited as the Town Council of Marine Parade (Penalties and Administrative Fee for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges and Licence Fees) (Amendment) By-laws 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st June 1997.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Town Council of Marine Parade (Penalties and Administrative Fee for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges and Licence Fees) By-laws (By 9) is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:

Savings

3. Where any penalty which has been imposed under the Town Council of Marine Parade (Penalties for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges and Licence Fees) By-laws remains unpaid on 1st June 1997, such penalty shall remain payable as if it had been imposed by the Town Council under these By-laws.
