(Subordinate Military Courts)
(Amendment) Regulations 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 93 of the Singapore Armed Forces Act 1972, the Armed Forces Council makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) These Regulations are the Singapore Armed Forces (Subordinate Military Courts) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and, except for regulation 3, come into operation on 30 April 2023.

(2) Regulation 3 is deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.

Amendment of Sixth Schedule

2. In the Singapore Armed Forces (Subordinate Military Courts) Regulations 2004 (G.N. No. S 724/2004), in the Sixth Schedule, in paragraph 2(u), delete “work and” wherever it appears.

Miscellaneous amendment

3. In the Singapore Armed Forces (Subordinate Military Courts) Regulations 2004, in regulation 16(1)(a), replace “section 87 (2A)” with “section 87(3)”.
