| Street Works (Creation of Rights) (No. 4) Notification 2002 |

| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Street Works (Creation of Rights) (No. 4) Notification 2002 and shall come into operation on 31st May 2002. |
| Powers of Authority |
| 2. The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the maintenance of a road structure or road related facility, enter upon the lands described as Mukim No. 1 Lot 2461 pt (referred to in this Notification as the specified land) and exercise such rights in, under or over the specified land as are described in the Schedule. |
| Inspection of plan |
| 3. Copies of plans of the specified land shall be available for inspection by the public free of charge at the office of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore at 1 Hampshire Road, Singapore 219428 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays and between 9 a.m. and 12 noon on Saturdays (Sundays and public holidays excepted). |
