Conveyancing and Law of Property
(Conveyancing) (Amendment)
Rules 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73D(1), (2) and (3) of the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Conveyancing and Law of Property (Conveyancing) (Amendment) Rules 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2013.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Conveyancing and Law of Property (Conveyancing) Rules 2011 (G.N. No. S 391/2011) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 8, the following item:
“9.Sing Investments & Finance Limited (company registration no. 196400348D)”.
