Intoxicating Substances (Approved Centres) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Intoxicating Substances Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Intoxicating Substances (Approved Centres) Notification 2009 and shall come into operation on 10th June 2009.
Approved centres
2.  The Minister hereby declares the places set out in the Schedule to be approved centres for the purpose of the treatment and rehabilitation of persons who use or inhale intoxicating substances for the purpose of inducing or causing a state of intoxication.
