Fees (Border Enforcement Measures) (Amendment) Order 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Fees (Border Enforcement Measures) (Amendment) Order 1999 and shall come into operation on 26th January 1999.
Amendment of heading
2.  The Fees (Border Enforcement Measures) Order 1998 (G.N. No. S258/98) is amended by inserting, immediately before the word "BORDER" in the heading, the words "COPYRIGHT ACT —".
Amendment of paragraph 1
3.  Paragraph 1 of the Fees (Border Enforcement Measures) Order 1998 is amended by inserting, immediately before the word "Border", the words "Copyright Act —".

Made this 21st day of January 1999.
