Economic Development Board (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Economic Development Board (Amendment) Act 2008, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Economic Development Board (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008.
2.  The Economic Development Board (Amendment) Act 2008 shall come into operation on 26th May 2008.
