| 1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 6) Order 2001. |
| Amendment of Consolidation Order |
| 2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended by deleting the words “Banque Internationale A Luxembourg SA” in item (98) and substituting the words “Dexia Banque Internationale A Luxembourg SA”, with effect from 19th April 2001.
