| 1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 7) Order 2001. |
| Amendment of Consolidation Order |
| 2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended by deleting the words “Dresdner (South East Asia) Limited” in item 5(a) and substituting the words “Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (South East Asia) Limited”, with effect from 9th April 2001.
