Radiation Protection Act 2007

Radiation Protection Act (Commencement) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Radiation Protection Act 2007, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Radiation Protection Act (Commencement) Notification 2007.
2.  The Radiation Protection Act 2007 shall come into operation on 1st July 2007.
