(Amendment No. 2) Rules 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 104(3) of the Environmental Public Health Act, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Environmental Public Health (Composition of Offences) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2019 and come into operation on 1 April 2019.

Amendment of rule 2

2. Rule 2 of the Environmental Public Health (Composition of Offences) Rules (R 1) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “32(2), 38(2), 39(3), 41(2),” in paragraph (a)(i);
(b)	by deleting sub‑paragraph (iv) of paragraph (a);
(c)	by deleting paragraph (ab);
(d)	by deleting the semi‑colon at the end of paragraph (h) and substituting a full‑stop; and
(e)	by deleting paragraph (i).
