(Chapter 289)
Securities and Futures (Markets) (Amendment) Regulations 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 45 and 341 of the Securities and Futures Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Securities and Futures (Markets) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and shall come into operation on 22nd June 2009.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Markets) Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. S 367/2005) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 12, the following item:
“13.  Tokyo Financial Exchange, Inc.”.
