Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 19) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 19) Notification 2010.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Singapore Pools (Private) Limited from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “PoolzConnect World Cup Early Sign Up Lucky Draw” promotion to be held from 20th May 2010 to 12th July 2010 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 19th July 2010.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Singapore Pools (Private) Limited with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 19th May 2010.
