Penal Code (Amendment) Act (Commencement)
Notification 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Penal Code (Amendment) Act 1998, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Penal Code (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 1998.
2.  The Penal Code (Amendment) Act 1998 shall come into operation on 15th May 1998.
