Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Amendment)
Order 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(13) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Amendment) Order 2001.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Income Tax (Approved Banks) Order 2001 (G.N. No. S248/2001) is amended by deleting the words “HSBC Bank (Suisse) SA” and substituting the words “HSBC Republic Bank (Suisse) SA”, with effect from 10th April 2001.
