| Public Entertainments and Meetings (Speakers’ Corner) (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2002 |

| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Public Entertainments and Meetings (Speakers’ Corner) (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2002 and shall come into operation on 13th January 2003. |
| Amendment of paragraph 2 |
| 2. Paragraph 2 of the Public Entertainments and Meetings (Speakers’ Corner) (Exemption) Order (O 3) is amended by deleting the words “known as” in the definition of “Speakers’ Corner” and substituting the word “in”. |
| Deletion and substitution of Schedule |
3. The Schedule to the Public Entertainments and Meetings (Speakers’ Corner) (Exemption) Order is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
