Prisons Act
(CHAPTER 247)
Declaration of Prisons
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Prisons Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby declares the following places to be prisons for the purposes of the Act and defines such places to be prisons for the custody for all classes of prisoners, convicted, remanded or detained under any written law, with effect from 8th May 1998:
(1)Khalsa Crescent Drug Rehabilitation Centre, 1 Khalsa Crescent, Singapore 758843.
(2)Selarang Park Drug Rehabilitation Centre, 1 Selarang Park Road, Singapore 508167.
