Variation of Responsibility of Minister for Home Affairs

It is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 1st July 2002, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Home Affairs) Notification 2001 (G.N. No. S 628/2001) by inserting, immediately after the words “Public Entertainments” under the heading “Subjects”, the words “(other than the licensing of arts entertainment)”.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Home Affairs) (Amendment) Notification 2002.
