(Development of Land Authorisation)
(Amendment) Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21(6) of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Development of Land Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2015 and comes into operation on 25 May 2015.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2(1) of the Planning (Development of Land Authorisation) Notification (N 1) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “of a showflat or showhouse” in sub‑paragraph (l) and substituting the words “of a show unit (within the meaning of the Housing Developers (Control and Licensing) Act (Cap. 130))”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “showflat or showhouse” wherever they appear in sub‑paragraph (l)(i), (ii) and (iii) and substituting in each case the words “show unit”.
