(Commencement) Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Resource Sustainability (Amendment) Act 2023, the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Resource Sustainability (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) Notification 2023.
2.  Sections 3(b), 4, 5 and 10(a) of the Resource Sustainability (Amendment) Act 2023 come into operation on 26 May 2023.
