Private Investigation and Security Agencies Act

Assistant Licensing Officer
It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Private Investigation and Security Agencies Act, the Minister for Home Affairs has appointed the Officer-in-charge General Licensing Unit, Licensing Division, Police Headquarters, to be an Assistant Licensing Officer for the purposes of the Act, with effect from 15th May 1998.
