Variation of Responsibility of Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts

It is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 1st July 2002, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts) Notification 2001 (G.N. No. S 638/2001) by inserting, immediately above the words “Arts Promotion.” under the subject “The Arts” under the heading “Subjects”, the words “Licensing of arts entertainment.”.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts) (Amendment) Notification 2002.
