Singapore Armed Forces (Board of Inquiry) (Amendment) Regulations 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 205 of the Singapore Armed Forces Act, the Armed Forces Council hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Singapore Armed Forces (Board of Inquiry) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into operation on 19th May 2004.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Singapore Armed Forces (Board of Inquiry) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$5,000” in paragraph (j)(ii) of Part I and substituting “$8,000”; and
(b)	by deleting “$2,000” and “$5,000” in paragraph (d\) of Part II and substituting “$5,000” and “$8,000”, respectively. [G.N. No. S 323/2002]
