Securities and Futures (Markets) (Amendment)
Regulations 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 10(1), 45 and 341 of the Securities and Futures Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Securities and Futures (Markets) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and shall come into operation on 22nd April 2014.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Item 2 of the First Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Markets) Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. S 367/2005) is amended by deleting paragraph (d) and substituting the following paragraph:

“

(d)	for ICE Futures Singapore Pte. Ltd. (formerly known as “Singapore Mercantile Exchange Pte Ltd”)
