Land Surveyors (Survey Department Fees) (Revocation) Rules 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Land Surveyors Act, the Land Surveyors Board, with the approval of the Minister for Law, hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Land Surveyors (Survey Department Fees) (Revocation) Rules 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st June 2001.

Revocation

2. The Land Surveyors (Survey Department Fees) Rules 2001 (G.N. No. S 153/2001) are revoked.

Made this 31st day of May 2001.
