Securities and Futures (Clearing Facilities)
(Amendment) Regulations 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 81Q and 341 of the Securities and Futures Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Securities and Futures (Clearing Facilities) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and shall come into operation on 22nd April 2014.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. Item 2 of the Second Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Clearing Facilities) Regulations 2013 (G.N. No. S 464/2013) is amended by deleting paragraph (d) and substituting the following paragraph:

“

(d)	ICE Clear Singapore Pte. Ltd. (formerly known as “Singapore Mercantile Exchange Clearing Corporation Pte Ltd”)

”.
