(Amendment) Regulations 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 64 of the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Cash Transaction Reports) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 1 July 2016.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Cash Transaction Reports) Regulations 2014 (G.N. No. S 692/2014) is amended by deleting the words “http://www.spf.gov.sg or http://www.cad.gov.sg” in the definition of “Form NP 759” and substituting “http://www.police.gov.sg”.
