Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2023
(Commencement) Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2023, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) Notification 2023.
2.  Sections 2(a), 3, 5(a), 11(c), 16(1)(a), (c), (e) and (f), 17(a), (b) and (d), 18(c) and (e), 19(a), 20, 21(1)(d), (e) and (f), 24(a), (c), (d) and (e), 25(1)(a), (b), (c), (e) and (h), 26 to 29, 30(1)(g) and (h), 34, 41(1) and 45 of the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2023 come into operation on 1 June 2023.
