(Amendment No.9) Order 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(13) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No.9) Order 2001.

Amendment of Consolidation Order

2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended by deleting the words “Barclays Private Bank Asia Limited” in item (171) (a) and substituting the words “Barclays Merchant Bank (Singapore) Limited”, with effect from 3rd May 2001.
