Securities and Futures (Reporting of
Derivatives Contracts) (Amendment)
Regulations 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 129 of the Securities and Futures Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Securities and Futures (Reporting of Derivatives Contracts) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 and come into operation on 26 January 2017.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Part I of the First Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Reporting of Derivatives Contracts) Regulations 2013 (G.N. No. S 668/2013) is amended by deleting the words “1 February 2017” wherever they appear in the third column of item 1 and substituting in each case the words “1 October 2017”.
