National Emblems (Control of Display) (Exemption for SEA Games 2015) Order 2015 |

Citation |
1. This Order may be cited as the National Emblems (Control of Display) (Exemption for SEA Games 2015) Order 2015. |
Definitions |
2. In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires —

Exemption for displays of national emblems for SEA Games 2015 |
3. A person who displays the national emblem of a participating State in accordance with this Order is exempt from section 3 of the Act. |
Display at SEA Games 2015 headquarters |
4. A person may display the national emblem of a participating State within the International Broadcast Centre at 230 Stadium Boulevard at any time during the exemption period. |
Display at competition venues |
5. A person may display the national emblem of a participating State —

Display at training venues |
6. A person may display the national emblem of a participating State —
|
Display at premises where representatives are staying |
7. A person may display the national emblem of a participating State —
|
Display on representatives’ arrival or departure |
8. A person may display the national emblem of a participating State —
|
No offensive or insulting displays |
9. Despite paragraphs 4 to 8, a person must not display a national emblem in an offensive or insulting manner. |
No displays if so ordered by police |
10. Despite paragraphs 4 to 8, a person must not display or continue to display a national emblem if so ordered by a police officer. |
Display by Organising Committee |
11. The Organising Committee for the SEA Games 2015, or a person acting at the direction of that Committee, may display the national emblem of a participating State in connection with the SEA Games 2015. |
