Public Transport Council (Amendment) Act 2005

Public Transport Council (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Public Transport Council (Amendment) Act 2005, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Public Transport Council (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008.
2.  Section 14 of the Public Transport Council (Amendment) Act 2005 shall come into operation on 1st July 2008.
