Public Utilities (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 59(2) of the Public Utilities Act, the Public Utilities Board, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Public Utilities (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2009.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Public Utilities (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 10) is amended by deleting the words “and 40(4)” in paragraph (c) and substituting the words “, 40(4) and 40A(4), (6) and (7)”.
