Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 2)
(Revocation) Order 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(13) of the Income Tax Act, the Minster for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 2) (Revocation) Order 2001 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st April 2001.

Revocation

2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 2) Order 2001 (G.N. No. S 255/2001) is revoked.
