(Delegation of Powers — Ministry of Law)
Notification 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(1) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Law, with the approval of the President, makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Interpretation (Delegation of Powers — Ministry of Law) Notification 2019 and comes into operation on 11 April 2019.

Delegation of powers

2. The Minister for Law deputes the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Law to exercise the powers of the Minister under section 4(1) of the Precious Stones and Precious Metals (Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing) Act 2019 (Act 7 of 2019).
