Manipulation (Amendment No. 2)
Regulations 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 62 of the Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation Act 2019, the Minister for Communications and Information makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 1 June 2023.
Miscellaneous amendments
2.  In the Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation Regulations 2019 (G.N. No. S 662/2019), in the following provisions, replace “Twitter, Inc.” with “X Corp.”:
 Regulation 3(1)(c) and (3)(c)
 Regulation 15(1)(b)(iii) and (2)(c).
