Exemption Order under Section 97
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 97 of the Co-operative Societies Act, the Minister for Community Development and Sports hereby exempts the Methodist Co-operative Society Ltd from section 67(1) of the Act so as to enable it to grant a loan of $40,000 to Hosanna Bereavement Service Pte. Ltd.
