(Exemption in Respect of Telecommunication Cable Detection Work) (Revocation) Order 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the Telecommunications Act 1999, the Minister for Communications and Information Technology hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Telecommunications (Exemption in Respect of Telecommunication Cable Detection Work) (Revocation) Order 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2000.

Revocation

2. The Telecommunications (Exemption in Respect of Telecommunication Cable Detection Work) Order 1999 (S 532/99) is revoked.
