Town Council of Aljunied (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment) By-laws 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of Aljunied hereby makes the following By-laws:

Citation and commencement

1. These By-laws may be cited as the Town Council of Aljunied (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment) By-laws 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st June 1998.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Town Council of Aljunied (Conservancy and Service Charges) By-laws 1997 (G.N. No. S 462/97) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately before item 1, the following item:

“1.	1-room flat

$18.50.”; and

(b)

by renumbering the existing item 1 as item 1A.
