Public Transport Council (Bus Service Operator’s Licence) (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Public Transport Council Act, the Public Transport Council hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Transport Council (Bus Service Operator’s Licence) (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2007.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Public Transport Council (Bus Service Operator’s Licence) (Exemption) Order 2006 (G.N. No. S 398/2006) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (b); and

(b)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of sub-paragraph (c) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraph:

“(d)	ComfortDelGro Bus Pte Ltd.”.
