(Revocation) Notification 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “election advertising” in section 2(1) of the Presidential Elections Act 1991, the Prime Minister makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Presidential Elections (Excluded Election Advertising) (Revocation) Notification 2023 and comes into operation on 1 June 2023.

Revocation

2. Revoke the Presidential Elections (Excluded Election Advertising) Notification 2017 (G.N. No. S 270/2017).
