Town Councils Act

Town Council of Sembawang (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment No. 2) By-laws 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of Sembawang hereby makes the following By‑laws:
Citation and commencement
1.  These By-laws may be cited as the Town Council of Sembawang (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment No. 2) By‑laws 1998 and shall come into operation on 29th May 1998.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Town Council of Sembawang (Conservancy and Service Charges) By‑laws 1997 (G.N. No. S 448/97) is amended by inserting, immediately before the word “Shop” in the first column of item 15(1), the word “Office/”.
