(Tuas South Dormitory) Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(1) of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (Tuas South Dormitory) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 24 April 2020.

Declaration of isolation area

2. Each of the following premises of the foreign employee dormitory known as Tuas South Dormitory is declared to be an isolation area for the purpose of preventing the spread or possible outbreak of the infectious disease COVID‑19:

(a)	5 Tuas South Street 12, Singapore 636948;
(b)	7 Tuas South Street 12, Singapore 636949;
(c)	9 Tuas South Street 12, Singapore 636950;
(d)	11 Tuas South Street 12, Singapore 636951;
(e)	13 Tuas South Street 12, Singapore 636952.
