Town Council of Pasir Ris-punggol (Penalties for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges and Licence Fees) (Amendment) By-laws 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(2)(c) of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of Pasir Ris-Punggol hereby makes the following By-laws:
Citation and commencement
1.  These By-laws may be cited as the Town Council of Pasir Ris-Punggol (Penalties for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges and Licence Fees) (Amendment) By-laws 2009 and shall come into operation on 2nd July 2009.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Item 7 in the Schedule to the Town Council of Pasir Ris-Punggol (Penalties for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges and Licence Fees) By-laws 2007 (G.N. No. S 302/2007) is amended by inserting, immediately after “5%” in the second column, the words “, subject to a minimum penalty of $30”.
